Safe/Guard & Feast May 21 - 26 Green House Basement
Two visual poems created by Robert Leveroos employing found objects, movement, sound, and light. In Safe/Guard, inspired by traditional flood stories, an alchemist builds and destroys the world. Glass bottles, wooden boxes, and rubber gloves are repurposed to make your imagination spin. Feast is a dinner table battle where civility and carnal instinct butt heads in a delicate dance exploring the balancing act we play with loved ones, placing simple objects and family heirlooms centre stage in a delightfully strange visual feast. Presented as part of Upintheair Theatre's rEvolver festival.

Hoof at BloomMay 7, 14, 21, 28 Mascall Dance
Elysse Cheadle's "Hoof", featuring composition by Elliot Vaughan, is one of a half dozen dance pieces being developed in this year's Bloom series at Mascall Dance. Fleeting choreographies paired with fine wines and comic commentary.

The Interplay Project June 7 - 8 Moberly Arts and Cultural Centre
An interdisciplinary performance lab that invites audiences to engage with experimental new works by established and emerging Vancouver artists. Elliot Vaughan works again with choreographer Desiree Dunbar and several dancers to create a piece for The Interplay Projects. There will be a lot of chalk.

Art For Impacts 10^th event will include a short piece entitled Marcovaldo, after the novel by Italo Calvino, created by performer Elysse Cheadle, director Aryo Khakpour, and Elliot Vaughan.
